About planners & journals

Most planners are written for brains that wake up, prioritise and execute in a straight line. If that's not your brain, the planner becomes another thing to fail at by Wednesday. Ours start from the real failure points: time blindness (so days are anchored to events, not just hours), task initiation (so big things are broken into stupid-small first steps), and shame spirals (so missing a day doesn't wreck the system — every layout is undated or restartable).

The range covers daily structure, mood and energy tracking, self-help workbooks and quick-capture notebooks for brain-dumps. Digital downloads arrive instantly and reprint forever; printed notebooks ship tracked from the UK.

Common questions

What makes a planner 'ADHD-friendly'?

Undated pages (no guilt gaps), generous space, one clear daily focus instead of a 20-item list, visual time-blocking for time blindness, and prompts that assume fluctuating energy. Structure that bends instead of breaking.

Digital or printed — which should I choose?

Digital downloads are instant, reprintable when a week goes sideways, and cheaper. Print is better if a screen sends you down rabbit holes. Plenty of people use digital dailies plus a printed capture notebook.

I've abandoned every planner I've owned. Why would this be different?

Honestly, it might not be — but these are designed for restarting, not streaks. Undated, low-pressure, no 'perfect week' layouts. The goal is a tool you come back to, not a habit you owe.

The two-minute quiz

What's your neurodivergent support style?

Five patterns, twelve honest questions, zero diagnosis — find out whether you're an Overstimulated Regulator, a Focus Seeker, a Routine Rebuilder, a Burnt-Out Masker or an Emotionally Intense Thinker (and which tools actually help your pattern).
