Neuro Supply Co exists for everyone who's ever bought a beautiful planner, used it for nine days, and then felt quietly rubbish about the other 356. You didn't fail. The tool did.

Almost every organising tool is designed for a brain that already keeps itself on track. We design the other way round — forgiving when you miss a day, flexible when your energy shifts, calm when everything else is loud. Usable on your hardest day, not just your best one.

We're not a clinic, a charity or a cure. There's nothing about you that needs fixing — we just make the everyday fit a little better for brains that work differently.

Who writes the guides

The Knowledge Hub is written by Matt, founder of Neuro Supply Co. Matt started the company after one too many tools designed for tidy brains died in a drawer by week two — every guide comes from lived neurodivergent experience, the research that's publicly available, and a lot of trial and error in a real, chaotic household.

The guides are practical support, not medical advice — for diagnosis or treatment, a GP is the right door. Spotted something a guide gets wrong? Email hello@neurosupplyco.co.uk and it gets fixed.
