Accessibility
We're a shop built by and for neurodivergent people — accessibility isn't a compliance checkbox here, it's the entire point of the company.
How this site is built
- Calm, low-stimulation design: no autoplaying video, no flashing elements, no popups that chase you down the page
- Consistent, predictable navigation — things stay where you left them
- Semantic headings, labelled forms and alt text on product images for screen readers
- Keyboard-navigable menus and controls, with a skip-to-content link
- Plain-English copy — no jargon walls, no dark patterns, no fake urgency
- Delivery dates and stock levels shown are real, so decisions don't need second-guessing
Where we're honest about limits
We're a small company and the site evolves weekly. We aim toward WCAG 2.1 AA and we test with keyboard navigation and screen readers, but we won't claim a perfect score we haven't earned. If something on this site is hard for you to use, that's a bug — not your fault.
Tell us when we get it wrong
Email hello@neurosupplyco.co.uk with “Accessibility” in the subject. Describe what you were trying to do and what got in the way — screenshots help but aren't required. Accessibility reports jump the queue: we aim to reply within one working day and fix genuine blockers as a priority.
Alternatives
If any part of ordering online doesn't work for you, email us and we'll handle your order directly by email instead — no forms required.
