The two kinds of great ADHD gift
The first kind makes them laugh because it’s true: a tee or mug that captures the lived experience — the 47 open tabs, the dopamine economics, the executive dysfunction of it all. Identity gifts work because being understood is rarer than being helped.
The second kind quietly removes friction: a planner that doesn’t assume a tidy brain, a fidget for restless meetings, a tracker that takes thirty seconds instead of thirty minutes. The trick is matching the gift to the person — humour for the one who jokes about it, tools for the one building systems.
What to avoid
Skip anything that smells like homework or self-improvement pressure — a 365-day habit journal can read as criticism wrapped in ribbon. The same goes for anything claiming to “fix” focus; people with ADHD have heard enough of that.
When in doubt, funny beats functional. A mug that makes them feel seen gets used every day; a productivity system they didn’t choose gets used twice. Browse the full gift shop or the planners collection if you know they’re system-builders.
Everything here is an everyday tool, not a treatment — many people find these products helpful, but they’re not a substitute for professional support.

Common questions
What’s a good gift for someone with ADHD?
Either something that makes them feel understood (funny, well-observed apparel and mugs) or something that genuinely lowers daily friction (ADHD-designed planners, quiet fidgets). Match it to whether they joke about their ADHD or build systems around it — the best gifts do one or the other, not both badly.
Are these gifts appropriate, or could they offend?
Everything here is designed by and for neurodivergent people — the humour is affectionate insider humour, not mockery. That said, gauge the person: identity gifts land best with people who are open about their ADHD.
Do you have gifts under £15?
Plenty — stickers, fidgets, squishies and several mugs sit comfortably under £15. Use the price sort on the gifts category page.
Can I get it delivered in time for a birthday?
UK orders typically arrive within 5–8 working days, so allow a week and a bit to be safe. Each product page shows current delivery estimates.
