Common questions
Do fidget toys actually help with ADHD?
For many people, yes. Keeping the hands lightly occupied can free up attention rather than stealing it — a well-studied effect sometimes called 'optimal stimulation'. The trick is choosing a quiet, low-distraction fidget for shared spaces, and we flag which of ours are discreet.
What's the difference between a fidget, a squishy and a chewable?
They feed different sensory channels. Fidgets give repetitive hand movement, squishies give deep-pressure squeeze feedback, and chewables give safe oral input for people who chew pens, sleeves or nails. Lots of people use more than one depending on the situation.
Are these suitable for children?
Most of our sensory range suits teens and adults; anything aimed younger says so on the product page. Always check the listed age guidance — small parts aren't suitable for young children.
