Who we are
This site is operated by Neuro Supply Co, a UK-based business — South Street, Ramsbottom, Bury, BL0 0AJ, United Kingdom, contactable at hello@neurosupplyco.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Our products
Most of our apparel, drinkware and wall art is printed or made to order. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but slight variation in colour and placement is normal for printed goods and isn't a fault. We describe materials and sizing honestly; check the size guide on each product page.
Orders & acceptance
When you place an order you'll get a confirmation email — this acknowledges your order but a contract forms only when we accept it and begin fulfilment. If we can't fulfil an order (e.g. a pricing error or stock issue) we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.
Prices & payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.
Delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, tracked. Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and on product pages; they're estimates, not guarantees. Full details are on our delivery & returns page.
Cancellations, returns & your rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days to cancel most orders and a further 14 days to return them. Some items are excluded for hygiene reasons (e.g. earplugs and chewables once opened), and digital downloads are exempt once you've started the download — these are flagged before purchase. Faulty or not-as-described items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and put right at our cost. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. See the returns page for how to start a return.
Intellectual property
The designs, artwork, text and branding on this site are owned by Neuro Supply Co. You're welcome to use the products you buy; please don't copy or resell our designs.
Not medical advice
Our products and guides are practical everyday tools and lived-experience information. They are not medical, diagnostic or therapeutic advice and are not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Liability
We don't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Our total liability for any order won't exceed what you paid for it.
Privacy & governing law
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall under the courts of England and Wales. Questions? Contact us.
