This policy explains what personal data Neuro Supply Co collects, why, and what your rights are. We keep it plain on purpose. We are the “data controller” for the information described here.

Who we are

Neuro Supply Co is a UK-based online shop selling tools, planners and apparel for neurodivergent people.

What we collect

  • Order details — your name, email, delivery address and what you bought.
  • Payment — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Contact & support — anything you email us, plus your email if you join our list.
  • Usage data — anonymised analytics about how the site is used (only with your cookie consent).

How we use it & our legal bases

  • To fulfil your order and provide support — basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • To send marketing emails — only if you opt in; basis: your consent (withdraw any time via the unsubscribe link).
  • To run and improve the shop securely — basis: our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
  • To meet legal duties such as keeping tax records — basis: legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share the minimum needed with trusted processors who act on our instructions:

  • Stripe — secure payment processing.
  • Our print & fulfilment partners (e.g. Printful and our suppliers) — receive your delivery details to make and ship your order.
  • Email providers (Resend for order/support emails, Brevo for the newsletter).
  • Hosting & infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase).
  • Google Analytics — anonymised usage stats, only with your consent.

Some providers are based outside the UK; where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site and basket work, and — only if you accept — analytics cookies to understand usage. You choose when the cookie banner appears, and analytics stay off until you opt in.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting requirements (usually 6 years for tax). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: access a copy of your data; correct it; erase it; restrict or object to its use; or receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@neurosupplyco.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
