ADHD merch usually fails one of two ways: the joke is written by someone who clearly doesn’t have it, or the hoodie itself is a scratchy promotional blank. We fix both — designs from lived experience, printed on heavyweight cotton-blend blanks chosen for softness and structure.
These are the hoodies you reach for on low-spoon days: warm, unfussy, and quietly funny to the people who get it. Everyone else just sees a nice hoodie, which is rather the point.
Fit, fabric and printing
Our standard blanks are unisex with a relaxed modern fit — size down for fitted, up for the oversized comfort-blanket effect. Fabric weights and measurements are on every product page, because “soft” is a sensory claim we take seriously.
Each hoodie is printed to order, which means no warehouse of waste and tracked delivery typically within a week. Wash inside-out and cool, and the print outlives the joke.
Everything here is an everyday tool, not a treatment — many people find these products helpful, but they’re not a substitute for professional support.

Are these hoodies actually soft?
Yes — we chose blanks specifically for hand-feel, because half our customers are buying with sensory criteria. Fabric composition and weight are listed on each product page; brushed-inside fleece, no scratchy prints across seams.
What sizes do you carry?
Typically S–2XL (some designs to 3XL+), in a unisex cut. Each product page has the exact size chart with garment measurements — measure a hoodie you love and compare.
Is the humour going to embarrass me at Tesco?
The designs are wry rather than loud — in-jokes that read as streetwear to anyone who doesn’t get the reference. You’ll get knowing nods from your people and zero questions from anyone else.
