About notebooks & diaries
When everything is in your head at once, nothing gets done — the fix is externalising: brain-dump first, organise later (or never; the dump alone does most of the work). This collection is the capture layer: pocket notebooks for intrusive to-dos, mood and pattern diaries for spotting your own cycles, and reflection journals with prompts gentle enough to actually answer.
Pair one with a daily planner and you've got the full system — planner for the day you're steering, notebook for everything that tries to interrupt it.

Common questions
What's a brain-dump journal?
A notebook with one job: get everything out of your head fast, unsorted and unjudged. The relief is immediate, and patterns emerge when you re-read — without the pressure of 'proper' journaling.
I never stick with journaling. Does that matter?
No. Capture notebooks aren't streak-based — they work the day you use them. Even four entries a month is four evenings your brain got to put things down.
Lined, dotted or blank?
Lined for writers, dotted for list-makers and doodlers, blank for mind-mappers. When in doubt, dotted is the most forgiving.
The two-minute quiz
What's your neurodivergent support style?
Five patterns, twelve honest questions, zero diagnosis — find out whether you're an Overstimulated Regulator, a Focus Seeker, a Routine Rebuilder, a Burnt-Out Masker or an Emotionally Intense Thinker (and which tools actually help your pattern).
