About chewables
Chewing is a real sensory channel — proprioceptive input through the jaw is strongly calming for many ADHD and autistic people. The problem was never the chewing; it's what gets chewed. Destroyed pen lids, frayed cuffs and sore nails all have a better answer: food-grade silicone made for the job.
Our chewables are picked for adults and teens first — durable for serious chewers, with designs that don't look out of place. Replace them when they show wear, and wash with warm soapy water.

Common questions
Is it normal for adults to need to chew?
Completely. Oral sensory-seeking doesn't expire at 18 — plenty of adults chew pens, gum, sleeves or nails to focus or self-soothe. A purpose-made chewable is just the safer, cleaner version.
Are they food-safe?
We list food-grade silicone chewables. Check each product page; replace any chewable once it shows cuts or significant wear.
How do I clean a chewable?
Warm soapy water and air-dry. Most silicone pieces also tolerate a steriliser — the product page notes specifics.
